The public website
Browsing and demonstrations
You do not need to sign in to read these pages. This website has no payment, document-upload or account-creation form. The workspace examples use fictional data. Their selections and the directory search run in your browser and reset when the page is reloaded; they do not create an app account or project.
Fonts and design assets are served with the website. Optional advertising measurement is described below. The hosting server records routine access and error logs, including IP addresses, requested URLs and browser information.
Optional Meta advertising measurement
Website measurement notice updated October 12, 2026. If you choose “Allow measurement,” this website loads Meta’s official Pixel (ID 1623542282492072) to send a PageView on Home, How it works, Launch pricing, the Isaias homeowner checklist and the storm-contractor guide. It helps measure advertising. The SDK is not loaded before you opt in. The separate account app, other public routes and embedded copies of these pages are excluded.
The Pixel sends its identifier, the PageView event, the eligible page URL and referrer, and standard event/SDK information, including event timing, screen dimensions, time zone, browser capabilities and SDK configuration information. Meta receives the requesting IP address, browser/device and network information. The SDK uses the first-party browser identifier “_fbp” and, when a Facebook click identifier is available, “_fbc,” which supports association with an ad click. The approved “fbclid” URL parameter may therefore be shared. Depending on browser settings, Meta may also receive or set its own domain cookies and associate information with a Meta account. This is not anonymous measurement. See Meta’s Privacy Policy.
Measurement is allowed only on those five exact marketing paths, without a fragment. Home, How it works and Launch pricing allow no query fields except one accepted Facebook click identifier. The two storm campaign pages also accept the four UTM fields “utm_source,” “utm_medium,” “utm_campaign” and “utm_content,” each limited to a 1–64-character campaign token made of ASCII letters, numbers, underscores and hyphens, starting with a letter or number and containing at least one letter. Values retain their original case. URL/email syntax, control characters, malformed values, recognized credential patterns and certain identifier-shaped values are rejected. These checks cannot determine whether every otherwise valid label contains personal or confidential information; campaign labels must contain public campaign information only. Accepted UTM values are included in the page URL sent to Meta. The contractor article’s link to public early-access information carries only accepted UTM campaign labels. It does not forward the Facebook click identifier or referring page address. Campaign email links use the fixed address info@lienguardian.ai; no campaign label, visitor identifier, page address, subject or message body is added. There is no signup or request-form handoff from these campaign pages. Unknown fields, duplicate fields, unapproved UTM values, signup-source, county, role, email and document fields prevent SDK loading. Referrers must be empty, an approved public LG URL, or an approved Facebook/Instagram origin without a path or query. The gate reads these addresses locally; it does not rewrite them or remove first-party attribution values. Some ad or other visits will therefore not be measured.
We configure manual PageView only, with automatic configuration disabled, and provide no advanced-matching data. This integration does not report signup completions, form values, interactions or project information, and does not use server-side Conversions API. The SDK and its remote configuration are maintained by Meta; browser or ad-blocking controls may also limit measurement.
New consent choices are stored in this browser under “lg-ad-consent-v4,” without your name or email, until you change them or clear site storage. This expanded campaign scope requires a fresh allow choice; earlier rejections are honored. The current SDK issues these first-party identifiers with an approximately 90-day expiry, which can be renewed on eligible visits. They may be scoped to the site’s domain, rather than only to those five paths. SDK/event loading remains limited to eligible marketing pages.
You can browse without allowing measurement. Use “Privacy settings” in the footer to reject or withdraw consent. Withdrawal revokes future Pixel activity, clears LG’s accessible “_fbp” and “_fbc” cookies and reloads without the SDK if it was loaded. It cannot recall information already sent or remove cookies on Meta’s own domains. A Global Privacy Control signal also keeps this integration off. If a saved opt-in cannot be read, measurement stays off.
Links and contact
The app and official-source links open separate services. The “Sign in” link goes to app.lienguardian.ai. The prices shown here are planned launch prices; this website does not process purchases.
Contact links open your email application. For product access or privacy questions, email info@lienguardian.ai. Do not send government-ID photos or login passwords to that address.
Application and extension privacy
Existing application notice · September 8, 2026
The following notice covers the account application and Chrome extension, separately from the public website described above. It does not announce activation of the planned services shown on this website.
This page describes the product as built. It is not a claim that every lock is finished, and it is not legal advice.
What we collect
- Account email (and optional phone) so you can sign in and receive notices.
- Company name, license number, and job details you type or we look up from public records (county property appraiser, permits).
- The job file: notices, waivers, deliveries, and who sits on which seat on a parcel.
- Payment identifiers from Stripe (customer id, wallet balance). We do not store card numbers.
The Chrome extension
- It reads a web page only when you click its icon or use its right-click menu, and only the tab in front of you. It has no standing access to any website and does not track your browsing.
- What it reads from a county property appraiser’s page (owner, mailing address, parcel number, legal description, site address) is shown to you to check, kept in your browser until you start a job or clear it, and sent to LienGuardian only when you start a job.
- It stores your LienGuardian sign-in token in the browser’s extension storage so it can create jobs for your account. Signing out removes it.
- It does not sell, share or use any of this for advertising.
Identity checks
Speaking as a seller or claiming a company requires a living person matching a government ID. That check runs on Stripe Identity. LienGuardian stores the verification result (name and Stripe session id), not driver-license images, selfies, or Social Security numbers. Watching a folio does not require that scan.
Who can see a file
- A login sees its own jobs and properties.
- A seat URL is that seat on that parcel — treat the link like a password.
- Customer support can view a parcel read-only. Support cannot consent, send, pay, or erase.
- Counsel's file is private to counsel. The owner does not see the firm.
What we keep, and what we cannot erase
Unsync stops new tickets. It does not delete a ticket that already landed. Closing a sale ends occupying-owner verbs; the folio file and served notices stay. If a Notice to Owner has been served, we cannot honestly promise to delete the whole record — that paper is the proof the statute cares about. There is no “delete my account” button yet for that reason.
Who else processes data
- Supabase — accounts and the application database.
- Hostinger — the servers that run the app.
- Stripe — payments and identity verification.
- Google Workspace — transactional mail from info@lienguardian.ai.
- Certified mail and remote-online notarization vendors, when those features are turned on (not live as of this page).
