  • Includes 10 new sub jobs each month.
  • $5 for each additional sub job on the monthly plan.

PRIME CONTRACTORS

A connected team.

$25 per job

or

$100 per month

  • Includes 5 prime-equivalent jobs each month.
  • Two sub jobs can substitute for one prime job.
  • Additional jobs on the monthly plan: $20 per prime job or $5 per sub job.

External services, quoted separately.

Mailing

Mailing costs + $5 per recipient.

Online notarization

Notary provider cost + $5 per session.

Recording

Provider and county costs + $5 per document.

The complete total will be quoted before authorization. Service availability will be confirmed before an order is offered. LienGuardian bears the correction costs for its own mistakes.

Monthly-plan credit details and subscription terms will be provided before purchase. This page does not establish automatic billing, rollover, cancellation or refund terms.
