Calculator inputs

Dates, role and property selections are processed locally in your browser or app. They are not submitted to LienGuardian to calculate estimates. The free embed uses no cookies or tracking scripts. Loading the website or a partner logo makes ordinary requests to the hosting service, which may process request information such as an IP address.

Saved mobile jobs and reminders

The mobile app stores saved job nicknames and dates on your device. It schedules optional local notifications through your operating system; no account or remote push service is required. You can delete a saved job in the app and manage notification permission in device settings. Device backups and notification previews follow your operating system settings. Signed mobile releases and physical-device reminder delivery are still being verified.

Exports and external links

Copy, calendar, PDF and image exports are generated locally. Copying results places them on your device clipboard. When you choose a recipient or app from a share sheet, that recipient receives the exported information. Opening statute, signup or support links visits an external service whose own privacy practices apply.

Optional email submissions

Requesting a state launch notification sends your email, selected state and consent to LienGuardian for that notification list. It does not send calculator dates. Contact the support address below to request removal or ask about stored information.

If a partner enables an embed lead form, the form identifies the receiving partner domain. Submitting it sends your email, consent and partner identifier directly to that partner's endpoint. Dates, role and property selections are not included. The receiving partner controls its handling of that email; contact that partner about its privacy practices.

Website measurement

No analytics collectors are configured in the current release. If enabled later, calculator measurement sends state and role, and outbound-link measurement sends the destination without query parameters; neither includes entered dates, saved job nicknames or email. Optional Meta or Reddit advertising measurement loads only after consent, with a decline or withdrawal control on the page. That choice is stored in the browser. The free embed and standalone mobile app do not load these website trackers.
